1. MUST BE WITHIN 30 days from purchase date. (received at the MHH Warehouse within 30 days of purchase date)
2. Contact customer support on the email address below. All exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days. (Restocking fee does not apply to exchanges)
DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. If an item is returned to us and doesn’t fit our exchange policy requirements the item will only be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

Items need to be returned UNWORN, in original packaging.
If damage or alteration is visible, the item will not be exchanged. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, and so all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or other reasons. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone – other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items at all for the same reasons. If the warranty seal is broken, the return will be rejected.

Exchange of Unused Hair
MyHaloHair offers a 30 day time period from the date of purchase to exchange any unused hair (unused hair means taking any ties or warranty seal off the hair within the package).

It is impossible for us to know if how it was installed or what chemicals were used on it. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON USED HAIR. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES IF THE WARRANTY SEAL HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR BROKEN IN ANY WAY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON USED OR UNUSED ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
We will gladly exchange any hair that is not removed from the original packaging (within 30 days of purchase). Shipping cost is at the customer’s expense, unless we helped you color match and the color is off. There are no exceptions.
